Return & Exchange Process

RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHOES

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered.   To return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the shoebox. 

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to sales@toetoeshoes.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Packages sending back to www.ToeToeShoes.com as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed.  Please also email us relevant tracking number at sales@toetoeshoes.com after you ship them out.

Return: Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to www.ToeToeShoes.Com in original condition & packaging.  After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee.

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.ToeToeShoes.Com and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer.  Returns and exchanges back to www.ToeToeShoes.Com must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
