In addition to those versions, there will be another familiar colorway making its way back to stores soon. The “Flu Game” edition of the Air Jordan XII received its nickname because Mike was wearing them when he scored 38 points against the Utah Jazz in the 1997 playoffs, despite the fact that he was playing with a bad case of the flu. To commemorate the performance, this Retro version of the Flu Game Air Jordan XII will feature the year (97) and his scoring total (38) as well as a cartoon sick face placed between the laces on the tongue.
