The Air Jordan 13 (XIII) Original (OG) - Black / True Red - White were released in 1997, and retailed for $150. They feature a black leather and durabuck upper, with white midsole area and a thin red outsole. The Air Jordan 13 (XIII) specifications include leather uppers, a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and Zoom Air insoles. They are inspired by the paw of a black panther. The green hologram at the heel represents the eye of the animal, while the bottom represents its paw. They are really beautiful shoes, with flowing lines, and are very organic. The overlapping leather layer which covers most of the upper features small indentations, which are a really nice touch.
